Hr Assistant Manager

The role is to support the HR Manager to assist with the HR requirements for the charity including employee relations, recruitment and help with functions of the organisation.

The client is a Not for Profit and Charities organisation based in Nottingham who are looking to expand their HR team.

Description

The key responsibilities of the HR Assistant Manager are:

- Assist in the further design of a performance management approach with standardised processes, documents, and tools in order to ensure systematic monitoring, feedback and improvement actions on performance

- Assist in the monitoring and developing department accountabilities and ensuring job descriptions are aligned to each role.

- Degree of understanding corporate strategy, commitment and sense of belonging by people

- Assist with managing the recruitment and selection process and delegating tasks to the responsible HR employee.

- Assisting with employee disputes and performance reviews as and when required.

Profile

The successful HR Assistant Manager will be:

- Be immediately available

- Have worked in a leadership HR position

- Be able to get to Nottingham 3 days a week

- Be organised

- Have a wealth of experience within HR positions

Job Offer
