Area Sales Manager, Dental Products, South West of England

Up to £45,000 Basic, £55,000 OTE + £8,000 Car Allowance

A leading manufacturer of specialist Dental Products is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to cover the South West of England. The ideal living location would be within a shape covering Bristol down to Exeter, across to Portsmouth, and up to Oxford, i.e. in the 'heart of the patch'.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the business's growth, working with specialist dentists and promoting their innovative dental product range.

Your Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and maximising sales opportunities.
• Business Development: Identify and secure new business, expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
• CPD Sales Approach: Deliver informative presentations at dentist events and conduct engaging product demonstrations to educate and influence potential clients. Full training will be provided on both products and this approach.

What is Required?

• Proven Experience: Previous experience selling Dental Products or pharmaceutical products to doctors or medical devices to health practitioners. However, full training is provided.
• Self-Study Skills: A willingness to learn and independently bring yourself up to speed on a specialist product range.
• Sales Success: A track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving exceptional results.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective engagement with customers and stakeholders.
• Technical Aptitude: The ability to grasp and communicate complex technical and scientific information clearly.
• Flexibility: A willingness to adapt your approach and work flexibly to achieve sales objectives.
• IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Self-Motivation: A confident self-starter with the drive to manage your own workload and deliver outstanding results.

Additional Requirements:

• Full UK Driving License
• Own vehicle (car allowance provided)
