HR Busines Partner - fixed term

Are you experienced within the world of HR. We have two fantastic opportunities for 1 x Senior BP and 1 x Junior BP. Working for one of our established clients here in Bolton, who specialise in the Education sector working with young people and children, supporting areas of education, learning disabilities and autism. Both roles are on an on-going temporary basis, working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with 2 days in the office. Paying between £20 - £22.00 per hour.
What will you be doing as a HR Business Partner ?
We have 2 great opportunities for HR BPs to join one our clients in Bolton. Specialising within the education and childrens services remit. We are looking for experienced candidates who can hit the ground running, the role will be on a temporary week to week basis, possibly running for the next 6 months.
Experienced is required in the following areas:
Case management:
Supporting on HR management cases involving employee grievances, disciplinary, actions and long term disability leave, complaints, payroll issues. Updating policies and employee onboarding and off boarding
TUPE:
Transfer of undertakings protection of employee rights- transferring of employees from one company to another
Collective consultancy:
Advice and guidance in regards to areas of dismissal, rehire, redundancy
risks and consequences
employment tribunals
Health and safety
contract changes.
ICE agreements

• HR advice and guidance
• Employment law
• TUPE
• Hiring recruitment and onboarding
• Case management
• Policies and procedures
• CIPD qualified
• Experience within social healthcare, or education sectors
