Our client is a leading manufacturer within their industry and over the last 2-3 years they have seen exponential growth with further plans to expand and develop their business in the coming years.
As a result of this exciting period of change they are looking to recruit a driven individual to provide excellent HR & Administration support to the business.
The successful applicant will support the HR Department in ensuring all administrative tasks and aspects of the employee’s life cycle are carried out efficiently and in line with company policy. Where necessary, assisting other departments with administration duties, ensuring that all documentation and associated tasks are processed efficiently and appropriately.
The role:
The successful HR & Business Administrator will need the following experience and skills:
- Good communication skills, verbally and in writing at all levels.
- Experience is working in a confidential environment.
- Experience working with data protection.
- PC skills using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to work on own initiative with a strong continuous improvement mentality.
- CIPD level 3 qualification, either working towards or have completed.
- Previous experience working in an admin role, preferably within a SME and/or manufacturing.
- Good attention to detail, organised and experience in managing multiple projects.
- Positive, approachable persona with the ability to deal tactfully with difficult situations.
- Bonus Company Bonus scheme (0.25% of company net profit) (after successful completion of probation).
