Hr Business Partner

We are excited to be recruiting this fantastic HR Business Partner role for a thriving business based in Suffolk. Working within a highly credible and successful HR team, this position offers a great benefits package, salary and hybrid working.
The main remit of the role will be the strategic partnering and coaching with the senior management team, providing timely support and advice. Alongside this the position will act as a consultant to align HR practices with business goals, whilst partnering the senior management team on areas such as performance management and employee development and help people leaders value people management.
The successul candidate will support the development of HR data and reporting, looking for ways to continually evolve and improve this, whilst looking at using HR practices to support overall business objectives.
This position requires someone who has working in a similar Business Partnering position, ideally for a larger organisation, and can demostrate positive commercial outcomes that have been derived from their input and guidance. Candidates should be ideally qualified CIPD level 7, be able to support transformational change, be resiliant and have exceptional communication skills.
