Opus People Solutions are seeking a HR Business Partner to join a sustainable and innovative business in Ipswich on either a full time basis

To be successful with your application, you will need to be CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent. Fortunately for you, if you are looking to continue onto level 7, this is a business that can support you.
Here is what you'll you be doing day to day:
Collaborating with all department team leaders and managers to understand their HR needs, ensure alignment with the organisation's objectives and execute HR strategies that support the business goals.Overseeing all recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent.Developing comprehensive training programmes, performance management systems, and career development plans across all departments.Facilitating and managing change within the organisation, including restructuring, culture change, or implementation of new systems or processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.Implementing and overseeing performance evaluation systems that are fair and consistent, providing feedback and support to improve individual and team performance.Ensuring that all HR practices comply with local laws and regulations, including equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) standards, health and safety regulations, and employment law. Utilising HR metrics and analytics to inform decision–making, improve HR processes, and demonstrate the value of HR initiatives in achieving business outcomes.Being lead administrator of the company's online HR portal and managing its implementation throughout the business (training will be provided).Acting as a mediator to resolve workplace conflicts and ensure a positive work environment. Supporting, advising, and coaching on disciplinary actions, grievances, and all other employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.Create and implement employee engagement initiatives and people policies and procedures in line with the company's HR strategy.The good bit, the benefits:
