Responsibilities:
- The main focus of this contract will be managing a redundancy process for the company, ensuring all processes and procedures are managed accordingly
- Acting as the first point of contact for any questions or queries related to the process
- Managing any employee relations cases related to the process accordingly
- Ensuring all paperwork is updated accordingly
- Supporting the wider HR team with any additional tasks where needed
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Senior HR Generalist positions
- Previous experience managing redundancy processes is essential
- Previous experience working within financial services is essential
- CIPD Qualification or similar
- Strong adaptable communications skills
