Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a well-known brand on the hire of a HR Business Partner in Amsterdam. The office in Amsterdam if the regional HQ and is one of 10 offices across Europe. There is a great presence in the Amsterdam office from a HR perspective and our client is seeking individuals who want to be part of a fast and dynamic team.
Role
The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner across the EMEA region. You will have exceptional ability to build relationships with senior leadership teams and be able to navigate employees across Europe as well as the US. The successful candidate will need to have prior experience across Talent Management (driving talent management programmes focussed on top talent, enhancing leadership and management capability, and promoting ED&I) Organisational Design (able to put into practise expertise in work location strategies and operating models) and Employee Relations (lead in managing all people relation matters including performance, absences)
The great piece around this role is the breadth of this role, you will be working closely on a regional level with HR BPs across Europe and be responsible for executing all talent initiatives across the region. With this in mind, we need a HR professional who has real strength managing teams across Europe (France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Netherlands)
Background
The HR Business Partner will have proven experience over several years in a HR Business Partnering position. It is crucial that the individual has worked across EMEA with remote teams in previous roles. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate breadth and expertise in talent management, organisational design, ER, ED&I initiatives across Europe and is open to working in a fast-paced business environment. There will be opportunities in this role to lead on projects across Europe so proven projects experience across the above five areas would be a real advantage for this role.
