As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will work in partnership with managers across the Council to support the implementation of strategic reviews. You will provide HR advice and support the effective delivery of the Council's priorities.
You will be qualified to degree level in Human Resources or have equivalent relevant experience together with membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. You will have up-to-date knowledge on relevant legislation alongside coaching and mentoring skills. You also will have excellent numeracy and literacy skills together with report writing skills. Basic computer literacy and experience using MS office packages are also key in this role. Experience of supporting change management, including restructuring and TUPE transfers is strongly preferred.
This post is temporary, full-time (37 hours per week) for 18 months due to a temporary project.
