SalaryOur client is seeking a driven and engaging true HR Business Partner who is used to operating across multiple sites building strong relationships with ease. After a period of vast positive change the business is ready to enter its transformation model where they are seeking a confident HR Business Partner that can implement new programmes whilst driving culture and engagement forward. As the HR Business Partner you will have the real opportunity to implement new innovative ways of working whilst partnering with the wider business to ensure alignment and necessary collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Travel across multiple sites across Edinburgh and some travel to Leeds to ensure visibility and gain a first hand understanding of challenges and needs.
- Implement new programmes surrounding talent development, succession plan and engagement to enhance attraction and retention.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders and employees alike to influence and implement change successfully.
- Work collaboratively with the wider HR business to implement new ideas and ways of working that are valuable and aligned.
You should have the gravitas to influence change as well as challenge in an appropriate way, being inquisitive and highlighting sound solutions will be key and welcomed by the senior leaders. This position will cover the North and Scotland, with 4 key stakeholders, you will be managing your own diary ensuring you are visible where needed and effectively utilising your time. You will have ideally worked within a multisite/regional role with the desire to learn and deliver!
