SalaryI am working on a brand new contract job opportunity for an experienced HR Business Process Analyst.
My client has just started a large HR transformation programme, implementing a new HR and payroll system and are looking for somebody experienced in HR transformations to join. Key details below:
HR Business Process Analyst
6 - 12 months initially
£350-£500 per day outside IR35
Hybrid remote - Manchester
Key Experience and Responsibilities:
- Solid, proven experience in HR transformation projects, ideally HRIS implementation
- Process mapping (as-is and to-be)
- Document program business requirements
- Maintain RAID log for tracking project progress
- Create documentation for Test Scenarios and Test Cases
- Provide proactive advice to the HRIS Programme Manager on issues and risks
