HR Change Lead
6-month FTC
Remote working - will need to be in Birmingham more often than not with face to face interactions and support.
Agenda Partnership are working with a lovely charity who are seeking a HR Change Lead on a 6 month FTC to support in a large change programme for their charity.
This role will require somebody who has significant change management experience, strong knowledge, and hands on TUPE management.
Day to day this role requires:
- On site individual and group consultation
- Build and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation
- Provide information and consistent advice to managers and employees via Teams, telephone and in person on all change management matters
- Propose and deliver continuous improvement in HR policies, procedures, and processes, specifically change management
- The role will provide both telephone and in person practical and effective support to managers on broader employee matters such as grievances and disciplinaries, capability management (outside of probation), complex absence management and Occupational Health referrals
Key skills and experience include:
- Prior hands on TUPE management
- Prior change management/restructure experience
- Generalist HR experience
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle for work purposes
