Job description

We are looking for a high-calibre, experienced ICT Lead with a strong background in Transformational Change. You will oversee the ICT work-stream, managing the current ICT Project Manager and ICT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) while ensuring alignment with budget and project time-lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ICT work-stream, providing guidance to the ICT Project Manager and team.
  • Ensure all ICT activities required for successful delivery of the project are accurately planned and documented, including risks and updates.
  • Document and test all ICT support processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Act as the primary interface between our organisation and the to ensure contractual and operational deliverables are met on time.
  • Coordinate with the mobilisation work-stream owners and corporate system owners to ensure systems are properly configured and tested for the project's successful delivery.
  • Efficiently manage project resources and budgets to deliver the project effectively and efficiently.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within ICT, specifically with Transformational Change projects.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with high-profile clients, particularly with government.
  • Exceptional management and leadership abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving project goals.
  • Familiarity with ICT best practices, methodologies, and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in program management or directorship roles.
  • A background in ICT within the public sector or with government clients.
