Position: Cluster Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Human Resources department for our school cluster, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Offer comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and leadership on various matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance.
- Lead safer recruitment practices, ensuring all staff are compliant with current legislation and maintain up-to-date records.
- Drive the recruitment process, from advertising roles to onboarding new staff, ensuring a smooth and compliant journey.
- Oversee the administration of payroll, absence management, and staff welfare initiatives.
- Engage in strategic HR projects and initiatives, providing insight and support to drive forward our objectives.
- Develop and manage HR staff within the cluster, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths or English.
- CIPD Level 7 or a completed CIPD Level 5 with a willingness to advance.
- Proven experience in a busy HR environment, with advisory experience on complex employee relations cases.
- Strong knowledge of data protection and safeguarding legislation.
- Demonstrable experience in recruitment, onboarding, and managing sensitive information.
