SalaryHR CoordinatorHere at Manpower we have a lovely opportunity for someone provide support to the HR team of one of our large, established automotive clients based within Milton Keynes.A successful candidate will be able to support managers with HR administration and co-ordination, to ensure consistency and efficiency is up held during the on boarding process for potential, current and leavers within the company.Main responsibilities:
- Manage the provision of HR administration and coordination to the business including: Offer management, new starters, leavers, payroll and benefits
- Act as first point of contact for general HR related queries providing procedural and policy advice.
- Management of leaver process for current Undergraduates.
- General office support to encompass phone cover, room bookings, filing, collection and distribution of post.
- Ensure excellent customer service is being delivered to all stakeholders, and employees
Previous experience:
- Previous coordination/support experience within a busy HR department.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to deal with a large variety of tasks in a busy environment.
- Previous Customer Service experience
This is a temporary position to start ASAP for 4 months.Part time - 3 days/ 21hrs per week. (Monday - Friday) - Fully on siteGBP13.71 per hour.If you would be interested please don't hesitate to apply!
