HR Coordinator
Here at Manpower we have a lovely opportunity for someone provide support to the HR team of one of our large, established automotive clients based within Milton Keynes.
A successful candidate will be able to support managers with HR administration and co-ordination, to ensure consistency and efficiency is up held during the on boarding process for potential, current and leavers within the company.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the provision of HR administration and coordination to the business including: Offer management, new starters, leavers, payroll and benefits
- Act as first point of contact for general HR related queries providing procedural and policy advice.
- Management of leaver process for current Undergraduates.
- General office support to encompass phone cover, room bookings, filing, collection and distribution of post.
- Ensure excellent customer service is being delivered to all stakeholders, and employees
Previous experience:
- Previous coordination/support experience within a busy HR department.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to deal with a large variety of tasks in a busy environment.
- Previous Customer Service experience
This is a temporary position to start ASAP for until October
Part time - 3 days/ 21hrs per week. (Monday - Friday) - Fully on site
£13.71 per hour.
