About the Company

This company is a leading provider of supply chain management solutions, serving clients across various industries. They are currently seeking a highly motivated HR Consultant - PO3 to join their team.

About the Role

The HR Consultant - PO3 will be responsible for providing HR support and advice to the company's employees and managers. The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Assist with employee relations issues
• Conduct investigations and disciplinary hearings
• Manage recruitment and selection activities
• Provide training and development support

The HR Consultant - will report to the HR Manager and work closely with other members of the HR team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role should possess:

• A relevant HR qualification
• Experience working in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with HR systems and software is also desirable.
