The Client:
Our client, a global affairs think tank, are searching for a proactive HR Coordinator to support the team on a temporary basis for approximately three months. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to work for an impactful organisation.
The Role:
HR Coordinator duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and updating the internal HR portal
- Acting as the first point of contact in the recruitment process
- Producing quarterly recruitment reports and preparing offer letters, contracts and other new starter information packs
- Tracking new starters, leavers and probation periods and updating HR systems accordingly
- Assisting with coordination of development courses, communicating to staff as appropriate
- General HR administration, including payroll, pension correspondence, invoicing, etc.
- Other ad hoc support to the HR team as and when required
The successful HR Coordinator will:
- Be available to start from the 22nd of January and be free for at least 3 months
- Be a self-starter and have a 'muck-in' attitude
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Work diligently in a fast-paced environment
- Have experience with the HR system 'Select HR' (desired)
- Be proactive and flexible to instruction
- Be diplomatic and extremely professional
The Details and Benefits:
- Standard hours are 9:30am-5:30pm
- Salary up to £15/hour plus holiday pay, depending on experience
- Hybrid - mostly at home. It is likely the successful candidate will need to be in-person for initial onboarding/training.
