Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading international company, who are manufacturers of a well-known DIY brand. They are recruiting for a Polish Speaking HR Shared Services Co-ordinator to supporting the HR administration function based here in Sheffield. This is a great opportunity for a Polish speaking candidate with extensive administrative customer service experience looking to branch out into a career in HR.

You will undertake all administration tasks associated with HR and payroll data processing covering the employment life cycle e.g., on-boarding, employment changes, benefit & pensions administration, and terminations. Responsible for accurate payroll & HR System and general record keeping.  You will provide administration support to help deliver a positive employee experience and supporting all employees and managers with first line information and advice on HR systems, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Employment life cycle – onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, pensions administration etc
  • Generate payroll/HR information e.g. turnover/headcount, payroll, and absence reporting, and ensuring data produced is accurate and supports achievement of business / HR objectives.
  • Process documentation for new hires – issuing offer packs, contracts of employment, and undertaking preemployment checks and medical referrals in line with business and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and send correspondence related to employment changes and terminations.
  • Supporting Polish pay policies and procedures linked to time keeping, payroll processing, and statutory reporting.
  • Supporting the wider European Shared Services function with general administrative duties.
  • Investigate and resolve matters brought forward by managers in the areas of HRSS.
  • Work in close partnership with payroll to ensure all required employee changes impacting payroll are provided in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide information and guidance to managers and employees relating to employment e.g., terms and conditions, benefit schemes, time off arrangements, HR policy and procedures.
  • Process citizen documentation, including visa/visa renewals to ensure legal compliance is met in line within agreed timescales.

Required knowledge and experience:

  • Experience in Customer Service and/or administrative function.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Desire and ability to make process improvements.
  • Fluent in Polish Language
