The key role responsibilities include:
- To support with end-to-end recruitment process
- To take control of the maintenance of the HR system
- Onboarding and offboarding all new starters and leavers.
- Create and maintain regular reports on HR metrics
- Supporting on any ER cases that arise
- Assist in all HR projects and provide support
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure HR administration is up to date
- Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests
- Assist with processing payroll
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
- Previous experience in Hospitality is an advantage
- CIPD qualified or similar qualification in HR desirable but not essential
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills
