Job description

We are recruiting for an organised, experienced HR Co-Ordinator to join an exciting, market-leading manufacturer in mid-Norfolk. You will need to be a methodical, proactive self-starter who has proven experience of working as an HR administrator in a full service role and who also has experience of recruitment co-ordination activity. Ideally you will have at least CIPD Level 3 and be knowledgeable in employment law, pay and benefits administration and a strong understanding of employee onboarding processes.
You will play a vital role in coordinating all the key activities within the HR function, from supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes, to writing contracts of employment and drafting policies, administering payroll and benefits, right through to managing the leaver process. You will also work closely with our Internal Recruiter to coordinate the recruitment processes and support hiring managers in their day-to-day requirements.
Main Duties:
HR Administration
Be the single point of coordination for all key HR administration Prepare and issue all employee documentation for new starters, leavers and any internal changes
Performance Management
Support the roll out of the annual performance management process, supporting line managers through provision of fit for purpose documentation, guiding them in the accurate and timely completion of employee reviews
Training, Coaching and Mentoring
Support the delivery of company-wide and individual training and development plans, researching and coordinating external course bookings as well as supporting internal course delivery, maintaining an accurate training diary and data to track budgeted spending
Employee Wellbeing, Communication and Engagement
Actively promote company core values and ensure they are a consideration in all aspects of HR delivery Support the promotion of employee wellbeing initiatives to ensure employees are supported in the work environment
Pay, Benefits and Reward
Ensure quality communication with employees for all pay, benefit and pension queries
Recruitment and Onboarding
Act as coordinator of any agency acquired candidates Ensure the prompt and accurate issue of all new starter paperwork, completing right to work checks and supporting any visa applications Deliver inductions for all new starters
This is a wide-ranging role and the duties listed above are just a selection of the responsibilities. This is an office-based role and, due to location, a car/DVLC is essential.
