My client, due to heavy investment and strong growth is seeking a HR Officer.
Responsibilities:
You will develop an effective, engaging and proactive working partnership with all line managers and colleagues to ensure the provision of timely, professional and effective HR related advice within Company policy and legal requirements. The role will include but not limited too;

CIPD Level 5Experience of working within a manufacturing or fast paced organisation in a HR role Demonstrate an up-to-date knowledge of employment lawHR related dicipline experience Flexibilty with work pattern Skills:
Excellent communication skills at all levelsDrive perormance and innovate new ways of workingUp to date experience with knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR packagesAttention to detail whilst working at pace with a methodical approachAbility to build effective relationships with internal and external parties Ability to work on own initiativeAbility to handle conflict/confrontation effectivelyTime Management Role and Benefits:
