12 Month Fixed Term Contract
We are recruiting for a HR Data Administrator to join the team of our client who are based in Milton Keynes. The role is part of the data team whose primary function is to maintain and ensure the data integrity of the internal HR Systems.
Key responsibilities for a HR Data Administrator
- Work with HR Data analysts, the HR Business Partner.
- Using both individual initiative and by liaising with the relevant team members, identify what system updates are required.
- Taking ownership of maintaining accurate records for new hires, employee changes and leavers within the relevant HR systems.
- Taking an analytical approach to identifying errors in data and proactively correcting them.
- Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly audits of the data held in the relevant HR systems to ensure it is always up to date and querying the integrity of the data where required.
- Liaising with the HR team members responsible for the maintenance of other HR systems, to ensure alignment of the data held across all systems.
- Supporting the wider HR team with HR data queries or adhoc requests.
- Adopting a continuous improvement philosophy in terms of working practices and professional behaviour.
Experience and skills for a HR Data Administrator
- Previous experience within an administrative role working with high volumes of data
- Experience of maintaining personnel and organizational changes
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office - particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
