HR Data Analyst
Here's what you'll be doing

Help us make the complex easy

We’re looking for a tech savvy HR Data Analyst to join our HR Data & Projects team. Our mission is to use our expertise and technology to make the complex easy for our colleagues.

You’ll be responsible for supporting a wide variety of HR data topics including reward, internal performance KPIs, statutory and operational reporting, and HR project data handling.

You’ll help develop dashboards and visualisations that drive data-led decision making, so it’s vital that you can interpret data and convey results in a meaningful and concise way.

You’re going to be working with a range of stakeholders and other specialists, so you’ll be organised, cooperative, flexible and have great attention to detail.

You’ll be excited by our evolving technical environment, harnessing the power of data to make informed decisions, and being part of a growing team which you can grow with.

  • Supporting reward implementations & providing workforce data for negotiations
  • Extracting, transforming, and distributing people data to other specialists
  • Collating data from multiple sources and submitting statutory and operational reports
  • Developing and maintaining HR KPI dashboards and performance data visualizations to provide accurate and actionable information to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, conduct data quality assessments, and support subject matter experts to deliver HR projects
  • Helping to develop low code applications / automating internal data collection and transformation processes
What we need from you
  • Analytical and inquisitive, a problem-solver who is open to learning new technologies and ways of working
  • Discretion and attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Excel and reporting systems
  • Ability to convey complex information using the right data visualisations
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve a goal
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, interpreting stakeholder requirements and managing expectations

It would be great if you had:

  • Expert level Excel skills ideally with some VBA coding ability
  • Experience in supporting reward data analysis and implementations
  • Experience with PowerBI and Tableau (or other data visualisation tools e.g. QlikView)
  • Familiarity with other Microsoft products such as O365 Power tools, SharePoint, Teams
  • SAP, Oracle or Workday HCM reporting and Google Workspace / Google Sheets experience
