We are currently working exclusively with a professional services client in Nottingham who are looking for a HR Data Analyst to work alongside their specialist HR Systems team. Your role will be to provide critical data on a wide range of HR matters & work closely with the senior leadership team to implement changes & improvements.
Focusing on areas of the business to improve culture, performance and efficiency your role will involve:

• Working with all areas of the business managing large projects from the HR Delivery team to DE&I, Bids & Tenders, working with IT & Finance Teams to day to day operational admin work and ad hoc data requests.
• produce regular reports and presentations to deliver insights back to the stakeholders & senior management team turning HR related issues & topic areas into design solutions and create better efficiency's for the business.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a collaborative mindset & be effective at building relationships with key internal stakeholders to deliver key analytical data that can yield real results in efficiency, performance and the overall culture of the business.
You will be knowledgeable in all areas of human resources and any particular experience in DE&I, workforce planning, talent management/development or recruitment would be preferred. Along with this you will be an expert in data analysis and systems and able to use Excel to an advanced level to manipulate and interrogate data & any experience of PeopleXD or PowerBI is advantageous. Honed presentation skills are also needed for this role as you will be tasked presenting the data and development ideas to senior management across the business.
