HR Data Analyst - London
- Conducting thorough data analysis, using statistical techniques to interpret data sets.
- Developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies to optimise efficiency and data quality.
- Identifying patterns and trends in data sets and presenting them in easy-to-understand formats.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address data needs and issues.
- Supporting the HR department in data-driven decision making.
- Ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with GDPR and other relevant policies.
- Providing technical expertise on data storage structures and data cleansing.
- Creating automated reporting systems for efficient data access.
Profile
HR Data Analyst - London
A successful HR Data Analyst should have:
- A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data management software and systems.
- Experience with people data and rewards, compensation & benefits.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience with SQL.
- Data visualisation tools: Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise and disseminate significant amounts of information.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strong understanding of HR processes and policies.
Job Offer

This is a 12 month FTC with full company benefits.
