HR Data Analyst - £400 - £450 pay per day - Inside IR35 - Primarily remote - 12 month initial contract.
My client, a major renewable energy company, specialising in wind power, solar power, and battery storage technology, is looking for an experienced HR Data Analyst to join them on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Anticipating and meeting management reporting requirements to facilitate informed decision-making within the HR team and the wider organization.
Ensuring the quality and relevance of all reporting, models, and analyses in alignment with business objectives.
Developing a strategic approach to reporting that streamlines activities, leverages technology, and fosters innovation to provide valuable insights for operational decision-making.
Providing data for benchmarking and indices, enabling us to track our progress against industry peers.
Safeguarding data integrity and compliance with regulatory, risk, and governance requirements, including GDPR.
Preparing reports for senior management that highlight trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
Performing in-depth data analysis to assess data quality and extract meaningful insights.
Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure their information needs are met.
Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in an analytical role influencing business decisions.
Strong technical analysis and reporting skills, including proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, and database applications.
