HR Data & Reporting Analyst (18 Month FTC)

I am partnering with a global insurance firm in the search of an HR Data & Reporting Analyst to join at an exciting time. The firm is currently undergoing a Workday implementation and will be looking to this person to focus on the data side of the implementation. Focusing on the data migration, developing of reporting in Workday, and supporting the firm to utilise employee data and drive effective decision making in line with HT strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR data governance.
- Develop reports and dashboards for use across the HR function.
- Assist/lead in design, implementation and development of new and value add reporting.
- Work with HR to continuously improve data quality.
- Co-lead with data and analytical support for annual salary reviews and regulatory reporting such as Gender Pay Gap.
- Work with HR to gather and analyse Reward survey data from WTW.
- Own the regular and ad-hoc reporting process.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and the Workday project team.
- Support the HR team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience using Workday is essential. Particularly Workday reporting.
- Experience in the financial or professional services industry highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of data governance.
- Experience working with compensation data for annual salary reviews and salary surveys.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication.
