Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying key areas of focus to address people challenges and align them with the company's HR strategy.
- Support the MD to a develop high performance leadership team, attracting the best possible talent and driving development,
- Act as a HR Subject Matter Expert for the business, providing superb business partnering advice,
- Define and develop the wider culture, with a focus on D&I and a welcoming, supportive culture,
- Align Talent strategy with wider business goals and ensure development and succession plans are in place,
- Lead the development of a superb Employee Experience, collaborating with the groups wider HR team effectively,
- Ensure the highest levels of governance, risk assessment and compliance,
What are we looking for?
- HR experience at a senior operational level,
- Someone who can point to tangible improvements they've led on,
- An active and hands on leader at all times,
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Experience in working with both blue and white collar workers
- Highly proficient in employment law,
- Member of CIPD or equivalent qualification,
