Position Purpose
The Regional Human Resources Director (RHRD) is established to lead the delivery of effective and efficient human resources (HR) operations for the Region in line with the organisational vision, strategy, and values.
Under the direction of the RMD, and partnering with the Leadership Team, and functional management within the Region, the RHRD will lead a team in the development, implementation and monitoring of standards and compliance in all areas of HR for the Region.

Experience & Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications and/or 8+ years’ experience in a broad, senior HR generalist capacity.
- Experience in a partnering role, providing advice and coaching for staff, managers, and leaders and influencing positively at all levels.
- Experience of leading and supporting an organisation through significant change, and managing engagement and consultation processes in a complex, multisite organisation.
- Demonstrated experience with interpreting and applying knowledge of employment related laws and agreements and providing advice to management and employees.
- Experience with HR information systems, in delivery of operational HR support.
- Proven experience transitioning strategic initiatives into the day-to-day operations.
