Human Resources Director – Fast Casual Restaurant

Salary:  $120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + Benefits!

The restaurant is currently hiring a Director of HR, providing an opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where employee development and satisfaction are prioritized.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, advise the executive team, and drive organizational development
• Oversee recruitment and selection, implement onboarding and training programs, and manage performance management systems
• Foster a positive workplace culture, address employee concerns, and implement engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, develop and maintain HR policies, and manage employee records
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, conduct salary benchmarking, and administer employee benefits
• Manage daily HR operations including payroll, develop SOPs for HR processes, and analyze HR metrics to improve practices

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years’ relevant work experience within HR
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with specific experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry required
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
• Experience implementing new HRIS software is a plus
