Hays are currently partnered with Birmingham City Council in the recruitment of a number of HR Facilitators, to support the Equal Pay Team on a full-time temporary basis. Your new role
As a HR Facilitator, you will be responsible for creating new Job Descriptions and Person Specifications to support the Equal Pay Project. Once the new Job Descriptions and Person Specifications are ready you will upload them to a database for review and make any amendments necessary ahead of an evaluation meeting. You will liaise with internal stakeholders on a daily basis and other team members to ensure the Job Descriptions and Person Specifications meet the criteria.
This is a full-time role working in office in Birmingham City Centre, and is currently offering a 8-month assignment with the potential for extension as the project is anticipated to take 2 years to complete.
What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work to conflicting deadlines, have strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Outlook and Teams, as well as strong administration and literacy skills. The role is due to start on the 26th of February, which before starting you will need to pass your reference and compliance checks, upon registration please have your 2 most recent employment details available for reference checks.
