HR Training Facilitator Solihull 12 months - GBP16.83-GBP22.10 PH

A HR Training Facilitator is required to work within Manufacturing departments in a Trade Unionised environment.

The main area of activity centres around facilitating workshops specifically targetting staff absence and wellbeing and to support a number of HR projects, facilitating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Main stakeholders include HR colleagues, Occupational Health and Trade Union Representatives.

Required experience includes working within HR, working alongside health professionals regarding staff absence and wellbeing and Trade Union Representatives. Strong and confident communication and relationship building skills are therefore essential
