Your new role
Working as part of a wider HR team, you will be supporting the full employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring new employees have the very best onboarding experience by making sure pre-employment checks are administered quickly and efficiently. Once start dates are confirmed, you will issue contracts and ensure new starters have all the information they need for their first day. You will then administer any changes to terms and conditions, monitor compliance and administer the employee rewards programme.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR and Training Administrator who can manage the full onboarding process. You will also need to be organised with strong attention to detail and able to engage with people at all levels.
What you'll get in return
This is a hybrid working role, with the expectation of a minimum of 2 days in the office. They operate a 35-hour working week with flexibility around start and finish times.
