One of our construction clients is looking for a HR Systems & Process Training Lead to build-out the training delivery plan for all user groups as part of a wider HR transformation programme.
Role: HR Systems & Process Training Lead
Contract 4 months
Rate: £400-£450pd Outside IR35
Location: Hybrid with travel across the UK required for in person training sessions
Hiring Manager describes the role as:
"We are seeking HR System and Process Training Leads who are experienced in delivering impactful and contextual training that engages people at all levels to do things differently. We are currently undergoing a significant company-wide HR transformation to bring simplification, standardisation and automation across its' people processes and operations, with the implementation of SuccessFactors across a multi-phase delivery programme.
As the HR System and Process Training Lead, you will be a critical part of the core HR Transformation Programme team. The Training Leads will take ownership of all training deliverables, supporting the training delivery plan and logistics, supporting training materials creation and training delivery to all impacted employees and groups across the UK organisation."
Key requirements:
- Experience creating and deliverying training as part of a wider HR transformaiton programme
- Have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors suite, including modules like Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment & Onboarding
- Understanding of underlying technologies and architecture of SuccessFactors
- Ability to analyse existing HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate business requirements into efficient and effective workflows within SuccessFactors.
- Strong Stakeholder management skills, able to engage and train stakeholders at all levels of the business
This is a 4 month interim contract, with ad hoc travel required on site across the UK.
