An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a very diligent and industrious team, providing HR Frontline Support services to Sandwell MBC and a broad range of other external clients. The team’s objective is to provide detailed, accurate advice and guidance to wide range of customers on statutory and contractual regulations. Often complex in nature.
The successful candidate will need to be flexible, reliable, and organised to support the team in delivering a timely and effective service to clients. You must have experience of working in a busy operations role ideally related to HR. An ideal candidate should demonstrate effective communication skills, verbally and in writing, often on highly complex issues and sometimes confidential and sensitive information. You should have a high degree of initiative to be able to plan, action and review multiple priorities at any given time in a pressured environment, with adhering to non-negotiable deadlines.
You should be able to provide instructions and allocate work to the team members, provide business support to service area as required. You should also have experience in providing support on various functions such as DBS checks, background checking, liaising with external customers and other stakeholders to ensure service area is delivering standard of service required.
The successful candidate will also need working knowledge on GDPR UK Law, and how this relates to the sensitively and privileged data that you utilise daily. The candidate will also have experience in working in customer service environment and should have handled customer queries from various management levels.
