SalarySite Manager – Night Shift

- Rate: £320 - £360 per shift

We are currently searching for a Night Manager to help push on a residential project which is in the finishing stages. The project is 90 apartments and there is 5 weeks left on the programme. As Night Manager you will be responsible for pushing on the trades and getting the site prepared for the day shift starting.
Duties:
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are upheld
- Follow the night works programme and ensure trades are finishing their sections of work on time.
- Produce a report at the end of every night to highlight the works completed during the night shift.
- Provide technical support to the subcontractors.
Required:
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential.
- Strong background in residential projects.
- Able to commit to 5 weeks continuous working (except weekends).
