We are seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support, including company audits, employee relations, recruitment, and day-to-day HR advice. This role requires a proactive individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and is ready to start as soon as possible.
Day-to-day of the role:
Conducting and supporting with company audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Managing a range of employee relations cases, providing sound advice and solutions.
Leading recruitment efforts, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
Providing day-to-day HR advice to management and staff, ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.
Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Assisting with the development and revision of HR policies and documentation.
Ensuring accurate HR record-keeping and data management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
