Office Manager - Finance - HR

My client is based around the Basildon area, but due to location you will need to drive.
This successful family run business is looking for a Finance Office Manager to oversee the running of their office.
You will need experience in:
Sales ledger,
Credit Control
BACS payments
VAT Invoicing
Preparing reports
Be responsible for:-
Renewals of all business Insurance:-
ISO, Safe Contractors, software licences, telephone/mobile phone, cleaners etc
HR, updating documentation, follow up any issue with HR support, deal with day-to-day tasks, and the recruitment
You will liaise with HR/Support /contractors/ admin on a daily basis
Understand health and safety
Maintain discipline and be able to stay calm under pressure
Must have a good work ethic - be responsible and reliable as you will be required to be a key holder and deal with bank accounts
Knowledge of Sage 200.
References will be required
In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of around GBP35,000 plus a great annual bonus
Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30
