As a HR Generalist supporting the Operations Team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment, supporting employee development, and ensuring HR processes align with the organization's goals.

The role of the HR Generalist

• Act as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
• Foster positive employee relations and contribute to a healthy workplace culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment process.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Identify training needs within the Operations Team and coordinate relevant programs.
• Support the implementation of training initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Assist in the performance management process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
• Support the annual review process and contribute to the development of performance improvement plans.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to.

The right HR Generalist

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
