Contract Personnel are recruiting for a HR Generalist on behalf of one of our favourite clients based in Thetford
The ideal candidate will come with a CIPD Level 3 qualification and experience within the FMCG industry
Duties and Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Engage line managers in best practices of managing staff
- Roll out new staff handbook and associated policies
- Complete Sedex audit information
- Support roll out of new time and attendance system
- General advice and support
Salary:
- £28,000-£34,000 negotiable and dependent on experience, qualifications and attitude
