MCS Group is thrilled to be working with an award-winning third sector organisation based in Belfast. They are currently looking to recruit an HR Graduate to join their team on a 7-month fixed term contract.
The Role
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in an array of responsibilities including being hands-on in an HR systems project. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Graduate will utilise their knowledge in all areas of the day-to-day HR function including –
- Recruitment
- Absence Management
- Performance Management
- Employee relations
- Onboarding
- Learning and Development
The successful candidate
The successful candidate will have –
- Degree in HR or a relative subject
- CIPD qualification
- At least one years’ experience within the HR function
- Able to work efficiently and effectively on any HRIS and Microsoft office suite.
