Adecco Public Sector is proud to work in partnership with an innovative and customer-centric housing provider to recruit an HR Improvement Specialist.

Fixed term contract 12 months, full-time hours?

Based in Greater Manchester, hybrid working is available (2 days in the office per week)?

Salary: circa £42,500k ??

This is a pivotal role for the organisation where you will lead on service improvement across HR Services, focusing on maximising the efficiency and functionality of Oracle HR, developing process improvements, maintaining accurate data, and providing clear and up-to-date guidance materials.?

You will be instrumental in working collaboratively with key stakeholders to listen and understand colleague feedback which will enable you to develop and deploy service improvement activities across the end-to-end colleague journey. A truly exciting opportunity to enhance and improve user experience and support a culture of self-serve.

Your role will involve analysing data, identifying trends and opportunities to implement further service improvements. You will lead the development and publication of content for the Helpdesk function and Digital Assistant, providing easy access to company processes and systems across the organisation.

You will be a key driver in the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies within the HR team, upskilling and equipping team members to identify and deliver performance and service improvements.

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience developing and implementing process and system improvements within a service delivery environment.
  • Ideally previous experience working with Oracle HCM systems.
  • Generalist HR knowledge and experience with a good understanding of UK Employment Law and HR best practice.
  • Previous experience leading process improvement using lean six sigma methodology.
  • Ability to analyse complex information and utilise data to develop appropriate solutions and recommendations.
  • Proven experience working to tight deadlines with the ability to prioritise workload.
