Libraries NI is seeking to recruit a motivated and reliable HR Learning and Development Executive Officer to join our team in Human Resources Business Support Portadown Library. This is a temporary role providing administrative support for the co-ordination and delivery of the Organisational Staff Learning & Development programmes and associated interventions. Supporting other HR functional areas of responsibility relating to People Resourcing and Relations. Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or two GCE A Levels, or BTEC National or equivalent/higher qualifications And a minimum of two years experience working in an office environment carrying out a range of administrative dutiesOr A minimum of four years experience working in an office environment carrying out a range of administrative dutiesOr A minimum of two years experience working in an HR department carrying out a range of HR related administrative dutiesExperience of working with internal and external partners/stakeholders to support service provisionExperience of working effectively within a team environment to meet organisational goals/objectivesExperience of the analysis of data and report writing to support management informationWorking knowledge of utilising IT systems and standard software e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to manipulate and present informationHave access to a suitable vehicle (appropriately maintained and insured for Libraries NI business) or other suitable form of transport which will enable the successful candidate to fulfil the requirements of the post to the satisfaction of Libraries , A minimum of one year's experience in the supervision of staffHR qualification e.g. CIPD level 3 or above or degree with HR as a main component
