Our client is an international lifestyle brand with an amazing concept and company culture.
With multiple brands and concepts under their umbrella, we’re looking for an HR Manager to join this expanding company! My client is an incredible group that shares great ethics and supports the awesome company ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for most HR functions including benefits, onboarding, worker’s comp, documentation, and HRIS audits
• Play a major role in recruiting and onboarding including orientation for new hires across the US
• Represent the brand and culture in the best possible light within and outside of the organisation
• Maintain current knowledge of the US and federal legislation and regulations to monitor and ensure compliance
• Oversee all disciplinary issues

Key Requirements:

• HR experience within restaurants is a MUST
• Strong in all HR procedures including compliance, recruitment, training, and development
• Experience with Paycom a HUGE ADVANTAGE
• Experience within a union environment
• Excellent leadership skills
• Experience in the luxury industry
• Advanced on Microsoft Office
