Job Role: HR Manager
Location: Gloucester
Salary: Up to £40,000
Hours: Monday – Friday 09.00am – 17.00pm

As a HR Manager, you will play a key role in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions to the workforce, ensuring compliance and managing overall HR functions. This is for a growing business and you will be handling the majority of the HR responsibilities within the company. You will hold a level 3/5 CIPD.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the HR operations to deliver highh-quality HR service.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with the company goals.
- Managing employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Ensuring compliance with employment law and policies.
- Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and staff.
- Managing the HR information system and ensuring data integrity.
- Contributing to the development of HR strategy and initiatives.
Skills and Attributes:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ proven work experience in human resources.
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Have a zero tolerance of abuse or discrimination.
- Familiarity with UK employment laws and regulations.
- CIPD Level 3/5 or willing to work towards.
- Experience of working within the Health & Social Care is advantageous.
- Full UK Driving Licence desirable.
