Job Role: HR Manager

Location: Gloucester

Salary: Up to £40,000

Hours: Monday – Friday 09.00am – 17.00pm

As a HR Manager, you will play a key role in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions to the workforce, ensuring compliance and managing overall HR functions. This is for a growing business and you will be handling the majority of the HR responsibilities within the company. You will hold a level 3/5 CIPD.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the HR operations to deliver highh-quality HR service.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with the company goals.
• Managing employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary issues.
• Ensuring compliance with employment law and policies.
• Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and staff.
• Managing the HR information system and ensuring data integrity.
• Contributing to the development of HR strategy and initiatives.

Skills and Attributes:

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ proven work experience in human resources.
• Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Have a zero tolerance of abuse or discrimination.
• Familiarity with UK employment laws and regulations.
• CIPD Level 3/5 or willing to work towards.
• Experience of working within the Health & Social Care is advantageous.
• Full UK Driving Licence desirable.
