Responsibilities
- Responsible for Human Resource Strategy & Planning of whole business.
- HR Policy & Process Management
- Strong Analyzing ability for M&A to Korea company side(mainly, our partner is based on Korea side)
- Business Structure Strategy & Planning
- Recruitment Whole process Management
- Set up performance scheme & Roll-out (Review performance of all biz / Reward system)
- HR system set up
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years' experience in Human Resources at Korea & UK company side who can understand both culture
- Experiences Analyzing level of overseas company in terms of HR area
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with colleagues and customers in Korean and English language.
- Basic Microsoft skills needed as least
- Driving License required
