Hr Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Human Resource Strategy & Planning of whole business.
• HR Policy & Process Management
• Strong Analyzing ability for M&A to Korea company side(mainly, our partner is based on Korea side)
• Business Structure Strategy & Planning
• Recruitment Whole process Management
• Set up performance scheme & Roll-out (Review performance of all biz / Reward system)
• HR system set up

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years' experience in Human Resources at Korea & UK company side who can understand both culture
• Experiences Analyzing level of overseas company in terms of HR area
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with colleagues and customers in Korean and English language.
• Basic Microsoft skills needed as least
• Driving License required
