SalaryAdecco Engineering have an exclusive opening for an experienced HR Manager to join our client's Head Office based in Hillington.
The successful candidate will support the MD, Senior Management and Department Team leaders.
Our client has been established for 20 years and has subsidiary businesses specialising in and the Commercial Packaging and IT Services. They are currently expanding with their own manufacturing business in Hillington, who will increasing headcount from 45 to 100 employees over the next 12 months.
Human Resource responsibilities will also extend to the group's distribution centre in Crewe.
Ideal candidates will have performed a similar role in a manufacturing environment and will be suitably qualified with HR Qualification or equivalent.
The successful candidate will support the MD, other senior management and department team leaders. Their duties will include:
Development of HR strategy.
Creating and implementing policies and procedures.
Provide HR Support, advice and best practices to directors, senior management and team leaders.
Proactively provide advice and guidance on, and manage employee relations issues; absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance management.
Supporting the development and review of role profiles.
Supporting recruitment campaigns and employee retention.
Employee onboarding and exit interviews.
Promote employment performance and development strategies.
Drive continuous improvement around employee welfare and developing the people culture of the company, driving change management initiatives when needed.
Work in conjunction with management teams to promote the culture of the organisation for all employees through inclusivity, diversity and installing confidence and empowerment.

Candidate Skills/Experience:
Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent.
HR Business partner or HR Manager who has experience within the manufacturing industry.
Competent knowledge of Employment Law.
Robust and resilient, a real people champion.
