The HR Manager role

As a first point of contact you'll onboard new employees to the construction project arranging onsite onboarding and safety
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR partners and stakeholders to develop and implement proactive strategies for maintaining positive employee relations.
Provide administrative and advisory support to employees on the construction project throughout the entire employment lifecycle
Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant employment laws and company culture.
Investigate and resolve employee concerns, disputes, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
Conduct training sessions and share knowledge on employee relations topics to enhance understanding and compliance across the organisation.
Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in employment laws to proactively address potential issues.
Your profile
Qualifications:
Minimum CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
Prior experience working within a Construction project or environment
Experience in employee relations, and pro-active conflict resolution,.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
You will have experience of prioritising, planning and delivering your own workload to meet deadlines
