We are looking for a part time HR Manager to join our Charity from February 2024.About the RoleWe are seeking a part time experienced HR professional to join our small, but friendly head office team, managing our fully functional HR department.Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a HR department, taking responsibility for all HR activity across the Charity through managing the HR team, recruitment & selection (incorporating safer recruitment), HR policies and procedures. Also, they will possess experience in policy writing/management and advising Managers and Senior Leadership on all aspects of employment legislation. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will continue to shape the people culture within the Charity.Ideally, this experience will be gained in the third sector and/or education. This is a hands-on role, assisted by the HR Officer, supporting a team of approx. 65 managers, employees, bank staff and volunteers.
